Black Eye is Fading and a Stroll Down the Hall

Emma and Jim went to see Becky today, Sunday. Emma reports that Becky's black eye is not so black - more green - and less swollen. She also reports that Becky was up for a little exercise so the three of them picked a path among the highways and byways of the inpatient recovery corridors, set out between the sphygmomanometers and IV monitors and...were never seen again. Actually disregard that last statement. They were seen again, and a good time was had by all. Tomorrow Becky undergoes the procedure to evict those fungal squatters which have most inconsiderately taken up residence in her sinuses. Keep her in your prayers as she takes on this next medical adventure. We are hoping that this will be the last of it, and she can come home SOON, in time for the Thanksgiving festivities as the Californians descend upon the Willamette Valley with much fanfare and frivolity. Well that is it for now. The masked surrogate blogger will sign off for now.
